WOMAN PLUNGES TO DEATH ON VALENTINE'S DAY: HUSBAND WANTS TO FOLLOW SUIT BUT FAILS

MALAYSIA: The husband of a 37-year-old woman attempted suicide after finding out she had fallen from the 19th floor of a condominium in Bandar Baru Ampang on Valentine’s Day.

The mother-of-three, who was not a resident of the condominium, had plunged to her death about 8.30pm last night in the district of Ampang.

The district police chief ACP Amiruddin Jamaluddin said they had taken the contact number of her family members from her phone and managed to contact her husband. The handphone was left at the corridor where she plunged from.

When the husband arrived with his relatives and friends, he wanted to go to the 19th floor.

“He tried to climb the corridor wall, apparently to commit suicide, but was stopped by his relatives,” Amiruddin told The Malay Mail.

When The Paper That Cares visited the scene, two containers of food and a water bottle were at the spot where she had plunged from.
